Every client relationship starts somewhere. In this case, it began with a simple Facebook inquiry for a single table.

The client was located far from our showroom, making an in-person visit impractical. Every stage of the process had to be managed remotely. Product images, material options, colour selections, and specifications were shared digitally, allowing the client to evaluate solutions without seeing the furniture in person.

Despite the distance and the challenges of an entirely online purchasing process, the client placed their first order with BOSQ. While the project itself was small, it provided an opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to quality, communication, and service.

Several months later, the same client returned with a significantly larger requirement. What had started as a single-table purchase evolved into a complete furniture requirement for two offices in Saudi Arabia. Once again, every discussion took place remotely. Furniture selections, colour themes, materials, layouts, and project requirements were reviewed collaboratively to ensure every detail aligned with the client's vision and operational needs.

Following final approval, production moved forward, and BOSQ managed the project through to completion. Furniture was carefully manufactured, packaged, and shipped to Saudi Arabia. Detailed installation guides and coordination support were provided to ensure the client's team could complete the installation process smoothly and accurately on-site.

The result was a successful workspace project delivered without errors, despite being managed entirely remotely and across international borders.
